Description

Alatau district is the administrative-territorial unit of the Almaty city. Formed in 2008. In 1993, the Alatau district was added to the Auezov district and expanded it from the south. In 2008, the newly created Alatau District appeared because of the unbundling of the Auezov District separating from it, its part north of the Ryskulov Avenue. The administrative center of the district is in the Shanyrak microdistrict. In the city of Almaty, the boundaries of the Alatau District are defined as follows: from the axis of the Raiymbek Avenue along the western border of the city to the Konayev Canal; from the Konayev Canal along the northern border of the city in a northeasterly direction to Burundayskaya Street, then along the southern side of the railway running along Burundayskaya Street, eastward to the axis of North Ring Road; further south in the direction of the North Ring Road along the axis of Kuderin Street to the axis of Rayymbek Avenue; along the axis of the Raiymbek avenue in the western direction until crossing with the western border of the city.

Description

Almaly district is the administrative and territorial unit of the city of Almaty. September 14, 1936 the decision of the Kazkraikom Bureau of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) formed the Stalin district of Almaty. On November 9, 1961, by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR, the Stalin district was renamed into the Soviet district of the city of Alma-Ata. On December 12, 1995, the Soviet district was renamed Almaly district by the joint decision of the VIII session of Almaty city maslihat and Almaty city akim. In the city of Almaty, the boundaries of the Almaly district are defined as follows: from the intersection of the axis of the Big Almatinka river and the axis of Raiymbek avenue, the border runs east along the axis of Raiymbek avenue, to the axis of Furmanov street; from the axis of the prospect Raiymbek turns southwards and passes along the axis of Furmanov Street, to the axis of Abai Avenue; from the axis of the street Furmanov turns west and passes along the axis of Abai Avenue to the axis of the Big Almatinka river; from the axis of the avenue Abai turns north and passes along the axis of the Big Almatinka river and the axis of Lake Sayran, to the axis of the Raiymbek Avenue.

Description

Auezov district – administrative and territorial unit of the city of Almaty. It was formed on March 10, 1972 by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR. District territory - 23.5 square kilometers. In the Almaty city, the boundaries of the Auezov district are defined as follows: from the intersection with the channel of the Kargaly River and the axis of Raiymbek avenue, runs east along the Raiymbek avenue to the axis of the Big Almatinka river bed; from the intersection of the axis of the Big Almatinka river of the axis of Raiymbek avenue turns southward and passes along the channel of the Big Almatinka river, then along the axis of Lake Sairan and the Big Almatinka river to the axis of Toktabayev street; from the intersection of Toktabaev street and the Big Almatinka river turns in the western direction and passes to Navoi street; from the intersection of Navoi St. axis of Toktabayev street turns southwards and passes along the east side to the axis of Ryskulbekov street; from the intersection with Ryskulbekov street and the eastern side of Navoi Street turns west and passes to the west side of Sain St.; from the intersection of the western side of Sain St. and Ryskulbekov Str. turns south and passes to the axis of Askarov Street; from the intersection of the axis of Askarov Street and the west side of Sain St. turns west and passes along the axis of Askarov Street, then along the southern side of Karmenov Street along the northern border of Rakhat village to the south and south-west border of Taugul-3 mc; from the south-western border of the m. Description

Kalinin district appeared on the city map in accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR of January 31, 1966. The area was formed in connection with the expansion of the territory, the city due to the adjacent land and the disaggregation of its Soviet district, and in 1995 on December 12 it was renamed Bostandyk. Currently, the area of the district is 9,943.2 hectares (in 2011 there were 2 thousand 776 720 hectares attached to the upper part of Dulati Street, in 2012 -269.1 hectares: east of the district of Baganashil, west of Dulati Street, the southern border of Almaty) . The population is 331 706 thousand people. The territories of the Karasai district, in particular, the Big Almaty rural district, in which 4 settlements are located, are located in the Alatau settlement, the Yermensay village, Nurlytau, the Zhailau village, the Kokshoky village, the Almaarasan village, and part of the Kargaly village.

Description

Medeu district is the largest administrative, industrial and cultural center of Almaty, considered one of the elite districts of the city. Formed in October 1936. The old name is Frunze district. In 1995 it was renamed Medeu. The territory of the district totals 253.4 square kilometers or 37% of the total area of the city. In the city of Almaty, the borders of the Medeu district are defined as follows: from Al-Farabi Avenue to the north along the eastern side of Furmanov Street to Raiymbek Avenue; along the southern side of the Raiymbek Avenue to the east to the Small Almatinka river; on the eastern side of the Small Almatinka river to the north to the city boundary; on the border of the city before crossing with the road to the sanatorium Koktobe to Al-Farabi Avenue; along Al-Farabi Avenue to the north-east to Furmanov Street, including Atyrau, Duman, Koktobe, Koktobe-2, Zhana-Koktobe, Butakovka, Tau-Samal, Medeu, Shymbulak, including the Alatau microdistrict.

Description

The Nauryzbay district is the administrative and territorial unit of the Almaty. Formed in 2014. July 2, 2014 at an extraordinary XXIX session of Maslikhat, a decision was made to form a new Nauryzbay district. Since the lands of the Auezov district were significantly enlarged during the accession of the lands of the Karasai district to Alma-Ata, a decision was made to form one more, eighth district of the Auezov and Bostandyk districts. Thus, the following populated areas were included in the structure of the Nauryzbay district with an area of 6,967 hectar: Zhailau, Karagaili, Kuramys, Rakhat, Kargaly, Tausamaly, Akzhar, Tastybulak, Tauzholy, Shugyla, Alty Alash. In addition, the districts of Kalkaman-1, Kalkaman-2 and Kalkaman-3 were included in the structure of Nauryzbay from Auezov district.

Description

Turksib district is an administrative-territorial unit in the northern part of the Almaty city. It was founded in 1938. Territory area - 7575.5 square kilometers. Area boundaries: from the axis of the Kapchagai highway eastward along the north-eastern border of the city and along the eastern border of the city in a southerly direction to the axis of the Ryskulov Avenue; from the eastern border of the city in the western direction along the axis of the Ryskulov Avenue to the axis of Zhansugurov Street; from the axis of the Ryskulov Avenue in the northern direction along the axis of Zhansugurov Street and along the axis of the Kapchagai highway to the northern boundary of the city.

Zhetysu district is the administrative and territorial unit of the city of Almaty. Formed in 1936 as the Lenin district. On December 12, 1995 it was renamed Zhetysu. The territory of the district is 39.6 hectares. In the city of Almaty, the boundaries of the Zhetysu district are determined as follows: from the axis of the Small Almatinka river in the western direction along the axis of the Raiymbek Avenue to the axis of Kuderin Street; from the axis of Raiymbek Avenue in the northern direction along the axis of Kuderin Street and along the North Ring Road axis to the south side of the railway running along the Burundai Street; from the axis of the street the North Ring in a western direction along the south side of the railway running along the Burundai street to the intersection with the northwestern boundary of the city; further along the north-western border of the city in the northern direction, further east along the border of the city to the axis of the Kapchagai highway; from the north-western border of the city in the southern direction along the axis of the Kapchagai highway and along the axis of Zhansugurov street to the axis of Ryskulov Avenue; from the axis of Zhansugurov street in the eastern direction along the axis of the Ryskulov Avenue to the axis of the Small Almatinka river; from the axis of the Ryskulov Avenue in the south along the Small Almatinka river axis to the axis of the Raiymbek Avenue.
